Rachel provides internal expertise on people and facilities management at the Trust. Before this Rachel was the Manager, People and Culture for Our Watch, a national leader in the primary prevention of violence against women and their children in Australia. Her background includes various People and Culture roles in the affordable housing, homelessness, and community health sectors and as a privately practicing mediator.

Rachel’s first degree is a dual degree in Social Science and Human Resources, and she holds a Masters in Dispute Management from Australian institutions. She began her career as an intake worker for people in crisis and is passionate about building and supporting great, high impact places to work.
